Housekeeping rules to keep everyone happy and healthy…

CHECKING IN TO YOUR SITE:

·      Check in time is from 11AM

·      Please stop at the office on arrival, payment must be made in full on arrival at the office.

·      Please set up within your allocated campsite area, if you are unsure about boundaries, please ask.

CAMPSITE PAYMENT:

·      One campsite nightly rate is charged at per person per night

·      Early departure will not refunded

·      We accept the following payment options: VISA, MASTERCARD, EFTPOS

CHECKING OUT AND LEAVING CAMPSITE

·      Check out time is 10 AM as we may have sites booked for incoming visitors.  Please ask at office about extending your check-out time if need be.

·      Your campsite must be free of rubbish and the site clean and tidy.

AMENITIES

·      Showers use $1.00 for approx. 5mins. We suggest to have an extra $1 so not to run out of water all of sudden whilst washing.  It takes approx. 30sec for warm water to come through.

·      Washing machine $5 (per wash)

·      Dryer $5 for 45 mins

·      BBQs are for your convenience. Please take care when using and clean when finished.

·      Kitchen – Fridge and freezers are available, please name and date your food (we are not responsible for any theft.  When busy, room for alcohol is not a priority.)

RESPONSIBILITIES

·      Your campsite belongings and vehicles are your responsibility alone

·      First-aid - The office have a First Aid kit if required.

·      As we have a diverse variety of campers, we maintain 5km speed limit and a minimum noise level across the site.

·      Any excessive noise may result in camper(s) being evicted without refund 

RECYCLING

·   RECYCLING CAN BE TAKEN TO THE RECYCLING BINS AT THE DOMAIN, PLEASE ASK AT THE OFFICE

 

VISITOR

·      For Fire, Health and Safety reasons all visitors must report and sign in all visitors on arrival.

·      Visitors are not to park their vehicles on the camp site grounds, utilise side of paddock for parking.

 

SECURITY

·      We do our best to keep our facility safe, but we also need your help.

·      Please report any suspicious activity and people around our campsite please

·      Please watch your children and know where they are at all times

·      Please drive at 5km when inside the campsite and please be aware of children when backing/driving vehicle.

·      Please do not utilise paddock to joy-ride in; with motorbikes, four wheelers etc, other campers/neighbours do not appreciate the noise.

 

PETS

·      We do accept pets.
